		<title>Kosher Jews Rejoice: Giraffe Meat is Kosher</title>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://www.eatingcleveland.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/06/giraffe.jpg" rel="lightbox[656]"><img height="333" alt="giraffe" src="http://www.eatingcleveland.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/06/giraffe-thumb.jpg" width="500"/></a><br />It always strikes me as funny that stories like this make the news, but apparently <a title="Giraffe meat is now kosher" href="http://www.breitbart.com/article.php?id=080606104856.tys32p6h&amp;show_article=1" target="_blank">Giraffe Meat and milk is now Kosher</a>.&nbsp; Hells yeah!&nbsp; I was just talking to my Jewish buddy the other day who was complaining because he is Kosher but he really wanted to try some giraffe milk.</p>
<p><strong>Side note:</strong> Wouldn&#8217;t it be really hard to milk a Giraffe?&nbsp; Does this job involve the use of a ladder?&nbsp; Why did I capitalize giraffe?</p>
<p>There is an important takeaway from this story.&nbsp; If you&#8217;re at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo&#8217;s African Safari and you see a guy with a yarmulke staring at the giraffes, licking his lips, call security!</p>
