I just wanted to thank you for the Michael Symon cookbook giveaway. I have been fully enjoying the process of trying to recreate Chef Symon’s culinary creations. I needed a break, and some actual Chef Symon eats, so headed to B Spot for the REAL Lola Burger, and not my butchered attempt. While I didn’t get to chat with him, I did catch a glimpse as he was busing a nearby table. Just regret not bringing along my book for an autograph.
