Youngs sushi is one of my top picks for sushi. The quality is all ways the top of the line. The sushi chef is all ways friendly and has hired on a wonderful staff. I just wish he had a half off day. I can smash like 10 rolls if I am really hungry. I whent today for a early evening snack and got a spicy tune and a spicy salmon roll the bill came to $12.75 kinda pricey but it's worth it.

Young's is the absolute best sushi in Lake County. As stated above, the Crunch Roll is amazing, as is the Young's Sushi Roll with Deep-Fried Lobster. Beautifully presented, excellent and quick service, and incredible flavor. A true diamond in the rough.

Try Bigeye in Fairlawn if you don't mind the drive. It's small but their sushi is great. I love their crazy house, big mouth, red blossom, and rock 'n roll rolls. Their calamari is nice...very spicy and sweet.

Mr. Young was actually the awesome sushi chef at Lure, my favorite place to get sushi (and, I've had all the other sushi in town). He moved across the street from Lure and opened his own place. Don't let the exterior of the place fool you, or the fact that it's next to a convenience store. You can't find a better deal for sushi anywhere, and it's top-notch! Their Combo Roll bento box is by far a steal, although you - unfortunately - don't get to choose your own rolls (can substitute, but they'll tack on an extra $2 per roll, not making it such the deal anymore). But, the california roll and spicy tuna rolls that come with it (I had to get spicy shrimp since I'm preggers) are delicious. Also, if you want to try good Korean, get their bulgogi meal. Being half-Korean and having tried my fair share of bulgogi (including while traveling in Korea), this is good stuff. Makes sense, though, as I believe Mr. Young is Korean. I, too, love to take pictures of my food, but forgot during my last visit, which was yesterday!

Have you tried the Sushi Rock downtown yet? I have been to the one in Beechwood and it's nice but I just love the one downtown. The price is a little steep but if you go on half price sushi night its a bargain!
