Hey Hungry Howies! Your PR firm, Sanderson PR, really sucks!
I’m sure they told you they were going to launch a great campaign for “Your Way Pizza” by working with food blogs to promote the new product across the Internet. A real grassroots type of thing.
And I’m also sure they charged you a hell of a lot of money. Nothing is free right? And can you really put a dollar figure on something that’s bound to go viral?
What I’m betting they didn’t tell you is that they would work with food bloggers by having one of their lackeys, Samantha Amato, SPAM the food blog’s contact forms with a 400 word regurgitation of some of your marketing material. No hello. No thank you. Not even the decency to ask if you could please post the material. Just a dump and jump. 
I can only imagine that this post is the most coverage you’ll get and it’s probably not the type of attention you wanted. No need to thank me, we can just split the refund.

Does this girl know anything about PR? My company, who will remain anonymous, is currently using Sanderson… After displaying such unprofessionalism, I will be advising my company to seek better representation. I recommend others do the same. As for Samantha, pushing buttons on a cash register seems much more up your alley. Peace, God bless.

wow- amateur hour if i’ve ever seen it. don’t PR people know that traditional media is a dying breed and if they don’t even know how to ‘engage’ (i.e. “No hello. No thank you. Not even the decency to ask if you could please post the material.”) w/online media and bloggers they’re going to be extinct just like the dailies?
there are definitely firms out there who are doing it right, and obviously (sorry for you, hungry howies) those that are NOT.
in this case- all i can say is that i’d NEVER hire this firm and good luck to those that have.
