What do you do during your lunch break?  I just wanted to share what some of my co-workers and I do during our lunch break…

Every other Tuesday a group us of from work get together for lunch.  We call ourselves The Salad Club.  So you ask me… what is The Salad Club?… well it’s simple, short & sweet.

A group of my co-workers invited me a few months ago to join…   I already mentioned, as a group we decided that every other Tuesday would be perfect.  The Monday before we send out an email as a reminder along with a list of our names.  We each fill in what it is we are planning on bringing. We enjoy salad, soup, and various breads. Normally one of us will bring lettuce, and then the rest of us will choose to bring the actual fixings … onions, peppers, olives, tomatoes, cheese, etc…  Someone brings a Crockpot of soup, and someone brings the bread.  We all come together at noon and we bring all the ‘fixings’ and we have ourselves a good old time!

It’s something so simple to do, yet fun for everyone! An hour to share good food & good  stories!  Do you and your co-workers do something fun during your lunch break??  Please share with me and everyone… You know me; I love to hear from you!!
