I had the good fortune of doing a piece on one of the nicest and hardest working guys in Cleveland for the September/October issue of the West Shore Magazine.
His name was Joe Schlott and he is the owner of Gray House Pies. He’s got a great story which you can read about in the West Shore Magazine, but I couldn’t wait to tell you about his pies.
Joe let me try a number of different pies and honestly each one was more amazing than the next. All natural ingredients made by someone who truly loves baking pie.
