		<description>I get mine from PEninsula Farmer&#039;s Market, over at Covered Bridge Gardens.  They don&#039;t grow it, but the farm next door does and, MAN!, is it garlicky.  Try it!</description>

		<description>Most of the garlic in commercial stores is, believe it or not, being shipped in from China.  Number one, you don&#039;t know how it was grown or what it was treated with, which can affect the taste, and two, you have time and distance working against you.

All of the farmer&#039;s market garlic we got before ours came in was far superior.  Also, Mustard Seed Market carries the stem garlic from Kiem&#039;s organic farm, which is local.</description>
