Fried chicken, unlike a hamburger, can't be cooked in just a couple of minutes. I've been at Mr. Chicken in Willoughby when I've had to wait ten minutes for fresh chicken because I came in late and wanted something that wasn't ready. Your experience is amusing, yes…

To honest Mr. Chicken's regular fried chicken is nothing to bend over backwards for but I have to say, their "boneless chicken wings" have to be the best I have had anywhere. Real breast meat and decent size pieces too! Not just mostly breading over a stingy little piece of dried up meat like at the other big named chicken place. Are they actually saying that they are all out of ANY AND ALL kind of chicken???
