Being a gigantically fat man I’ve struggled with weight my entire life. So the other day when my wife was forcing me to watch "Clean House" on TLC and a commercial came on for "I Can Make You Thin with Paul McKenna", I was intrigued. Especially by these clips of everyone tapping themselves. Why was everyone tapping themselves?
I saw that the show was on tonight and I happened to turn it on the very second this Paul McKenna goof was explaining his tapping technique. He wanted his fat audience members to tap certain parts of their body on his command. These locations were "magic" spots on the body that could help you "change your brain" with a little tapping. This would alter your mood and as a result you would eat less.
I’m sorry, but I’m calling bullshit on this one. Tapping yourself thin? Come on. This is further proof that fat people are also unfortunately stupid and gullible. I’m sure this guy is making a mint off of this garbage and then he sits on his yacht off the coast of Dubai laughing with his friends when they watch the tape of his show.

I have a few favorite self-tap spots myself. When properly fingered, the result is positive, but it is never weight loss.

I think the tapping thing is nonsense also… But take a look at his four golden rules… My friend and I did a little research… its called “IE” or intuitive eating… and he is not the first to use it… Statistically IE has an 85% long term success rate over the 5-7% of most diets. I have been following the 4 golden rules (after doing a lot of research) and ignoring the tapping stuff and I have lost 5 lbs in two weeks… My mom has lost close to ten… Although some of it seems crazy it may be worth looking into… It has changed the way I look at food and I am so much happier with myself. Best of luck & God Bless.

I used to weigh 300lbs, but, with the help of Mark’s “Don’t Eat So Much Fatty” diet, I lost one whole ounce! More room for beer!
