Our post on the Triv’s Restaurant – Maxwell from WMMS brush-up has generated a lot of attention, so I wanted to follow up with some new information to set the record straight.
I received a response regarding the situation from the owner of Triv’s restaurant, Mike Trivisonno Jr. Some of the interesting facts revealed by Mike were:
- Maxwell never ate at the restaurant
- He was forced to admit never eating at the restaurant to his superiors.
- Coincidentally, very soon after Maxwell’s false statements the restaurant underwent a surprise health inspection and passed with flying colors.
So in fact, Maxwell never ate at Triv’s restaurant but instead lied about getting food poisoning there. Why would anyone do that?
Mike Jr. seems to think that Maxwell made these statements because he has some issues with Mike’s dad and thought it would be a good way to get back at him. Boy jealousy has a way of making you do some pretty pathetic things.
Just think. If Maxwell would have spent as much time thinking of some intelligent dialogue for his show as he did for these lies, he might have the number one radio show in Cleveland. Ok, probably not.

Maxwell has been lying about a lot of things on his show. Including him saying that he is a talented radio personality, and that he beat Opie and Anthony in the afternoon ratings.

Yet another lie perpetuated by “MAXWELL” (such an edgy name!) this man needs to be taken off the air.

It’s hard to believe there is a place in Cleveland that Maxwell hasn’t eaten at. Honestly, have you seen how fat he is? I was a little surprised to find out that doing hack radio fueled such a huge appetite.

I just read this link, and it’s funny how all the “pests” have been forced out of Cleveland. Ratings speak for themselves AND PUNT!
