Like my waistline, my favorite restaurant Melt is expanding! Owner Matt Fish emailed me recently to let me know that he has purchased the storefront to the West of him so that the restaurant can be expanded this Spring. More seating. More grilled cheese. Does life get any better?
At Melt it does. In addition to the expansion of the seating area, the number of beers on tap has expanded to 20. Mmmm, beer.

FYI Mark, they are not expanding the seating area. They are expanding but it’s to give the server station more room. They cannot take on any more seats due to the small kitchen, they had a real hard time keeping up when the patio was open in the summer. This is info from a friend who knows the people at Melt.
