While I really think the name Bed, Bath and Beyond might be the most asinine name someone could possible contrive for a store, they do have kick-ass customer service. Having been married this year, we had one of our registries at Bed, Bath and Beyond so we received a number of products from the store.

You rock_thumbs upNo, this is not me. Those hats are for hippies.

Two of the items we received had issues though. One, a set of glasses, contained a cracked glass we did not discover until we had already thrown the box away. Also, a pair of Kitchen Aide kitchen shears we got broke after only a handful of uses. Without the packaging for either item I thought we would have to jump through hoops with the customer service staff to get our issues resolved. I was wrong.

We brought the two products to our nearest Bed, Bath and Beyond and explained our situation to the woman at the customer service counter. No questions asked, she told us to grab a replacement for each off of the shelf. By the time we returned to the counter she had processed everything and we were out the door. It was that easy.

I think that Bed, Bath and Beyond tends to be a bit over priced on certain items, but they certainly have a very friendly return and exchange process. And I’m down with that. Bed, Bath and Beyond, you rock!

BB&B is kind of pricey, but their customer service does rock. We had one of those pur waterfilters and it started to leak a year or so after we bought it. I took it back to the store, no box, no nothing. And they gave me a new one no questions asked. Pretty cool.
