When we heard about this cafe, we drove about an hour away just to try the food. The mac and cheese was the best we have ever had, i cannot stand onions, but, they were so small and i couldnt even taste them and i forgot they were even there. There are several types of mac and cheese dinners to try. The buffalo chicken mac and cheese was fantastic. We have been to this cafe 3x in the last 3 months, if there were another one of these cafe's built close to our warren ohio home, we would for sure be eating mac and cheese atleast once a week. The deserts were delicious also, I better stop typing now due to hunger pains for this food. Keep up the good work CHEDDARS. My wife and i are mac and cheese fanatics.

Everything that can go wrong with service did. I had to physically go back into the kitchen to request a waitress after we sat waiting for one for 15 minutes, and the girl that waited on us didn't use an order pad, forget people's orders and returned to the table twice to re-confim things she forgot. Then it took like an HOUR from ordering time to receive 4 orders. Most people thought their dishes were "ok" but not great. Getting takeout boxes for the remainders was an act of congress, and payment of the check was completely unbelieveable. Everyone had twenties so we threw in and asked for change. I don't remember the totals, but it went something like this: Bill: $38.20 Total given: $60.00 LONG WAIT, like 15 minutes. Change: $57.14 ????? We were super confused. We called her over and she goes, "let me take it back and try again" and we were like NOOOHHHH!! We gave her back some money and said just bring us X and we will be all done. I mean, if we had taken the money she gave us, they would have been out a serious amount of money for our orders, we would have paid like $4 total for 4 dishes.
