Let me start by saying, Red Robin may be the biggest rip off in the history of restaurants. $9.00 hamburgers! Give me a break. I don't care how many free fries they give you, a $9.00 hamburger is a rip.
I digress.
I was quite over dressed when I visited Red Robin, so I ordered the "Clucks and Fries" which is apparently Red Robin secret code for $9.00 chicken fingers. The sandwiches at Red Robin are holding some type of grudge against me so they refuse to let me out of their site without squirting all over my shirt. I was being safe with the chicken fingers.
The food was boring, but I didn't expect much. The service was also very good, even though we had a trainee for a waiter. Being lunchtime, the place was absolutely insane. Messy, smelly kids everywhere, faces covered with various meats and cheeses. They are called napkins kids!
It was all fine though, until I got the bill. At our table were two adults and two children. Being luchtime, no cocktails were ordered, so the $40 bill was a little surprising. A chicken fingers, a hamburger, macaroni and cheese and a corndog,$40. That's a little ridiculous.
Ok, I never digressed.
