I am looking at buying a enamel cast iron dutch oven for my kitchen, but I don't know which one to buy. It seems to be the only group of products on Amazon.com that has absolutely no recommendations. I have yet to even find a store in the Cleveland area that actually sells these elusive pots, so I am going to end up paying the high price of shipping a 20 pound cast iron pot across the country. I think that 2 quarts is far too small for my needs, but I also don't feel like having to donate a kidney just to purchase it. So, let me know what you think. What dutch oven should I purchase?
